Like the king in the swamp, you might feel that your endeavors have sunk into the quagmire. In fact you might still be waiting for your present life to do so again, no matter how well you done in school or career. Remember there is very few Leaning Towers of Pisa or Meadowlands out there in the world. Look at this problem below;

It is like the average adult trying to find happiness from promotions, elections, status, and many other logical assumptions gathered from a keen and highly intellectual out look on the world. Well if you find yourself to be this way and find yourself half way through life in a dark forest and the way back is lost. Do not worry I have the map. I can show you the simple things that your parents were not taught to pass on to you. After you are confident the light is correct and no outward threats like bugs are present, but the leaves are turning brown and falling off the plant. It is time to check the soil and the roots. For before Bianca could marry, her older sister Katrina had to be married off first. For after six months in any relationship, the Katrina always shows up in a person to different degrees. If you can not handle the shrew you should just quietly beg their pardon and exit stage left. For Katrina and Bianca are one and the same but the two sides of one personality. For some men like Einstein loved the affections of lovers but was divorced and estranged from his own daughters because he could not deal with the other half of the person who felt emotions other than happiness. To be crude, there is the woman you sleep with and there is the rest of the woman you wake up with. Same woman, no matter what the alcohol said.
Now for children and lost boys and Girls who call themselves adults, we have the fairy tale. A popular fairy tale partnership exists in the wicked stepmom/witch and the fairy Godmother. How can a child come to terms with a mother who is loving and takes them out for ice cream with the mother who bloodies their lip or emotions when they drop it on the road. The mother who praises you when you do wrong and hits you out of left field when you are just sitting quietly. The fairy tale helps the child to compartmentalize the parent and gain respect for its own intuition and knowledge of the truth. The truth that the child does not deserve to be abused and able to have feelings and opinions without fear of punishment. Do you know that the true tale behind Dorothy was that she had the answer that the factory worker, the farmer, local politician or even the president did not have. If Dorothy, just a little girl, could save Oz; you can do anything you want to put your mind to. For the barrier that the parent or parent forms for the child is displaced upon an other throughout its life Control is always handed to anothe. Nietche calls this the "Thou shalt" Dragon. For every scale of the immense dragon living in the cave is a command saying that you shall not think, act, live, feel, or decide without him. It is the same dragon who lives in dark caves and hordes treasures and princesses. The treasure is the potential a boss or parent keeps you from realizing that it can not use for itself. What has dragons ever done with Gold? The Princess is the little child that was never aloud to grow and develop into a separate person outside of your parent's shadow. It is the part of you that still strives for comfort, justification, joy, and reassurance. Until you give it what it needs by becoming your own hero to silence the Thou shalt's of the dragon, the child is the side of you who rises up at the wrong moments and causes that great pain and anger that you release upon the world or yourself.
People for generations knew that some people can not face their problems, admit to them, or have the attention span for some dry lecture. So Grio's, Bards, Shamans, Wicas Wakan, and authors have paced on and elaborated stories throughout the world that entertain people. Just a little sugar helps the medicine go down. For whatever your problem is a good life coach can find you a story, for you are never the first person to ever struggle with it. For these enlighten gentleman noticed, so they wrote these stories that sink into the psyche and slowly release their knowledge over time. So you may gain comfort, joy, justification of your life and reassurance of your ideas and career goals. From there you can grow the four parts of your conscious ego once the emotional characters subside in you. The dreamer who has the idea, the Magician who gains knowledge and gathers the resources needed, the king who finally able to see its other parts coordinates the whole and sends out the hero to accomplish and make the idea into reality. For even god worked in fours. He is the idea, the archangels are the architect designer, the angel are the factory workers, and we are the end user who comments on the idea. This is the central spine of the Tree of life found in the Kabbalah and in Norse mythology.
From there you can return meaning to success, grow in a field of your choosing, bring balance to your life, find happiness that developed out of it, and finally find love and respect. For you know now how to respect and love yourself. For you only know how to give what you can give yourself. You will do all the work, a life coach only shows you how.

So finding that time as a child within you will fix those cracks and sure up the footings of your life.
That child needs to grow and sprout wings, shucks that dragon if asked politely might even let you borrow his. For in truth you have every right to be, to be yourself, to grow up, to succeed, and to do anything you like even if you feel like being a bit childish! And if you failed from time to time; do you know what the word sin means? Sin is an old Scythian term for missing ones mark in archery. No where in the Bible does it state that Christ was a great marksman. Even Robin Hood missed from time to time... So you can be the best you afterall.
