This Program will be taught in four classes breaking the components of each class into who, how, when, and where. The class is suggested for coaches, teachers, counselors, parents, human resources, and outreach professionals. Background for the subject matter will come from Sufi teaching principles, Kundalini chakra system, and game theory. Also Jungian, child developmental, and transactional Psychology.

 

Program outline

Who- In the first class we will describe who do we mentor. How not to force help on those not ready but learn how to wait for that door to be opened to you. Once you have found the door open, how to keep it open. Most important thing to be taught is how to become objective and remove yourself from the interaction and become a vehicle for truth. Also will be discussed is identification of the psychological archetypes that present themselves as the Deux modus operandi of the moment of counseling. How and when should you switch your approach or halt your session.

How- Objective removal of the self in counseling will be reemphasized and expounded on. The role of semantics and different approaches. Estimating the students level of understanding, accomplishment, and readiness for change. How to use existing fairy tales and create new ones for the student to learn from. The hero cycle and alchemy will be discussed to find the placement and action of the mentor. When to teach and when to let go and wait for the students return. But always remaining a Grigori, a watcher through actual observation, Synchronicity, listening, and awareness. A long with analyzing when to be the students devil with the pitch fork or angel with wings. Also important is to first teach how to learn and at the same time enticing the student to learn more later. Then after knowledge is given, to be sure that the student can apply it. Of the uppermost concern is the removal of shame, blame, fear, desire, goals, and deadlines; for aspiration. Also the four parts of love will be discussed you must impart to the student for growth.

When- Grigori will further be discussed with it relation to when to know advise will not land on deaf ears. Deux modus operandi will be revisited in new contexts. To analyze what appropriate audiences can be around the student when teaching. How to get these audiences to further mentor the student as well. Or to know which audiences will be open to the students education and which will be harmful, and how to use the harmful to your advantage and when. How to find the students center or comfort center in the world. How to manifest one anywhere for them through instincts and trust in you. Nest building.

Where- How to manifest a students temporary center in you so they may find their own anywhere, any time. A principle of Roaming will be discussed. A "wherever the day takes me attitude" that follows the laws of Synchronicity Places of beauty, peace, and atonement will be recommended that produce emotional and cerebral enlightenment. How to zone your students. Also how to help your students face the dark and embrace their own closets. To get them to appreciate and enjoy their own horror films like a roller coaster.
