Living under his brother' s shadow was too much for Ben Franklin to endure. After being found out that he was penning articles under a popular pseudonym, he broke the law leaving his indentured apprenticeship to his brother and ran 400 miles away to Philadelphia, penniless, to continue a trade. Do you have to go to such extremes, probably not.

Now in this city, his only hope was to work for others. For being the tenth son of a large family, proprietorship was held away from his prospects. Only the first born sons could gain the trust of the populace's rich merchants. You do not have to worry about your birth status today. But he started his own printing company any way.

He once invited a competitor printer to dinner one night. He placed out in front of him a small bowl of gruel and a glass of water. The fire was not too high up to provide appropriate hearth to the guest. Franklin asked if his guest dared t under cut him in his price of service. For if he did, he informed him that he could expect to eat only that bowl of gruel a day and sleep in front of a fire like this one tonight. For in fact that is what Franklin was willing to do to keep his prices low. Now to start your own business, do you think you have to burn your furniture and eat one bowl of soup a day? Probably not.

He was seen doing his work all over, pushing his supplies from warehouse to storefront. Are you seen in your aspiration through action. I will help you do so. He built an impression of industry through exaggerated word and action. Do people know what you are talented with? We will show them. Once a week he started a group of other younger sons who would meet and discuss and debate ideas on business growth. Along with throwing back a dutiful amount of pints. Who do you brain storm with. Who do you befriend and promote dreams of. Befriend and then network will get you around the world and back. Then franchise like him starting publishing companies around the country, a College, and a nation. What is stopping you from not doing even a tenth of what he did with better resources and talent? Anggun is an Indonesian born singer living in Europe who grew up listening to Guns and Roses, and please forgive her, Bon Jovi. Her song "Snow on The Sahara" is quite reminiscent of another European band, Enigma.

In 1998, Anggun toured with Sarah McLachlan and Erykah Badu among others, on the Lilith Fair tour. At the end of 2000 Anggun received an invitation from the Vatican, asking her to appear at a Christmas concert alongside a host of international stars including Bryan Adams.
