Goal Setting

Are you afraid of choices?

Has any one asked you what you want?

Do you still have faith? Or has Fear replaced it?

Does the Dragon have you by the big Toe? The Dragon. The make believe voice in your head that lies to you that what you believe in your heart no to be true. Does the Dragon sound like Dad, maybe your mother. Does it have the cackle of your wife after you bought another fishing pole? Or the silent dismissal of your Husband after you have joined that book group. Is it the boss who laughs at you when you ask for a raise. What is it in your head that stops you from motivating you to what you deserve?

Well come talk to me, I will talk for you. I access the hopes and beliefs in you and repeat them back to you when you are lost in despair and hopelessness. Even though you will not want to hear them. If needed I will roar just as loud as the Dragon and demand that you do what you want. Tricky Hugh! Somebody forcing you with a loud demanding voice to do what you want! Somebody that will control you for you. For years I would talk in an adult to adult fashion giving you freedom of choice to decide for yourself the validation of what I say. But if you are use to being forced to believe, think, and act like others; you will exercise your only chance to say no. If you are used to no one listening to you, when some one finally listens; you stop and only vent. In which case you waste my time and yours. Because you will say yes to everyone else because they give you no choice. You listen to all who control you, you will not listen to the one who will free you. More Bill O'Rieley yells at the world, the more they believe him. Because he gives you no choice. I will get you to listen to your dreams, ideas, and emotions so you can justify them.

Is that voice real? Look behind you, now look in front, to the side, and the other. Do you see any one? Are we old enough now to drop the tension we feel of our parents eye over our shoulder. Who makes your decisions?

The fear of rejection, is not real. Why give power to anything that does not serve you. Even if you are at work, is the boss always physically over your shoulder. Do you think it helps him to be sandbagged? If he orders something one way and sales are falling, when the company goes under and both of you are on the unemployment line, who did you help? Now parents can only teach what they have been taught, do you think your parents enjoy living in the dead shadow of their parents? What dreams have they left behind? Can you help them find them? So who should make your decisions? I will help make them.

How do you feel? Do you like the situation you are in? Even if you see the way out, do you believe you can get there? Have you replaced your emotions for the status quo? Afraid of rocking the boat? Have you ever asked how you felt? Is the only time you stick up for your feelings is when it is too late and you explode all over the room? Usually upon the one you love the most? Do you really think because you trust them that eventually they are not going to leave you because you abuse them? If you are the victim, do you think their guilt won't get so large they abandon you?

Change is always happening. Either you make it in your own time and space, or it happens to you when it hurts the most. So believe in change, it is the way out. Just because all your friends have a bad job or marriage, does that quiet your pain? If you see the boat sinking, you will not rock it to bail it out? If you do not ask how you feel, do you know how another feels. Are you giving up your watch for a pair of combs? If you feel bad in your relationship, what makes you feel that the other does not? Change so your both free to pursue happiness. Fell a little bit a day so you do not cork it up to explode later. If you do not tell some one that they are hurting you, how do they know they are? Savior leave when you abuse them, even Christ got nailed. I will help you strengthen your borders and remain respectful to others.

Do you believe the only course is the one you are on that you hate or pain and misery through financial and emotional loneliness? Out of the pan into the fire? Ever thought you could jump onto the stove, burst in flames in mid air, be caught by a breeze, some one picks you up, you jump out to safety on your own, or you rub on a magic lantern. If you leave your job, do you really believe you will be homeless, starving, and finally dead within the year? Do you really think you will go bankrupt? Or are you just afraid of the pain of change? Is it better to have a tumor cut out from you or suffer slowly to death with stomach cancer?

Hope, I will show you exist. Hell since Bush got in office, we had one hell of an unemployment rate. But the death rate did not increase, at least domestically. Only thing for sure is if you stay somewhere you hate, it gets worse. You will be lucky if they fire you. But you will be at a disadvantage, for with planning comes advantage. I will help you study and weigh the options and then act!

Do you have any hobbies? What did you play with as a kid? Did you get a chance to play? In your teen age years did you find yourself living out your parents dreams? What will you do in retirement? Have you ever been given the choice between three options from your boyfriend what to do tonight and you say whatever he wants? He would not be asking if he was dead set on something. Nor is he offering to go under selective surgery.

Animals playing on Animal Geographic look cute, but are they not learning to wrestle another of its species safely for a mate? Or learning to defend its life or take down prey to feed itself? Animals never separate work from play. Why did you. If you played with an erector set as a child, could you not become an engineer? Choice is scary for some, but do not complain that you are never entertained. Choice keep you from being the workaholic, hobbies are what you race home for and want extended vacations for. Retirement, if you can not play, boredom and uselessness we eat you alive now that you are not producing. What you avoid for years you can not accept over night. Then just because you accept it, does not mean you know what to do with it? I will get yo to play once more, even at work.

This has been all emotional right brain stuff so far, but the logical piece is, yo can not make enough money doing something your bad at. You can not get enough love out of something that hates you. Surviving has nothing to do with living .Surviving is death. People who express their own opinions and emotions start large publishing companies, recording companies, and media outlets. People who make change create light bulbs, computers, and cell phones because something irked them in performance. People who make fortunes do things others could not do or think up. People who make fortunes followed the niche of their hobbies, Gates would build computers in his garage for fun. The weirder the idea, the less competition. Even when you got a good product, if you do not improve it or change it, how long until some one else does? Look at Rubick's cube. So I will help you follow your Bliss. Anggun is an Indonesian born singer living in Europe who grew up listening to Guns and Roses, and please forgive her, Bon Jovi. Her song "Snow on The Sahara" is quite reminiscent of another European band, Enigma.

In 1998, Anggun toured with Sarah McLachlan and Erykah Badu among others, on the Lilith Fair tour. At the end of 2000 Anggun received an invitation from the Vatican, asking her to appear at a Christmas concert alongside a host of international stars including Bryan Adams.
